ULN2803A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array containing eight NPN Darlington pairs, commonly used to interface low-power logic (like 5V TTL/CMOS microcontrollers) with high-power loads. Each pair handles up to 500mA and 50V, featuring internal clamp diodes for inductive loads like relays, motors, and lamps.
