BC549 NPN Transistor

 BC549 is a widely used transistor and it is mostly used in variety of general purpose applications in electronic circuits. The noise figure value of the transistor is only 1.2db which is a quite good value to use this transistor in audio related applications, the maximum DC current gain is 800 and max collector dissipation is 0.5W which are other good features of this transistor to use it in audio pre amplification and amplification applications.
